Escalation Matrix:

If a customer does not receive a response within the stipulated timeline or is not satisfied with the resolution, the complaint may be escalated as below.

Primary Level:

If the customer is not satisfied with the response, they may contact the Grievance Redressal Officer.

Secondary Level:

If unresolved within 15 days, the customer may escalate to the Principal Grievance Redressal Officer.
